Bruised in Heels!



We've all walked the walk of shame holding our heels walking barefoot down the street, threw our heels in the trunk of our cars and are experts at popping blisters.

Tip number 1:

If your feet hurt so much after walking in 1,000,000 inch heels, run your feet under ICE cold water and that will numb all the pain. surprisingly, sometimes it gets rid of the pain permanently!

Tip number 2:

If you have a blister, do not and i repeat do not pop it!, just cover it with a band aid and it will "deflate" by itself haha.

Tip number 3:

Before you buy a pair of heels, try walking in them first, if you feel uncomfortable, it's either made to hurt or it's the wrong size. Try a size bigger or just don't buy it.

Tip number 4:

If you feel like you want to wear heels but can't walk in them, try wedges! They're very comfortable and in style right now! =)

Tip 5: Try gel heel liners! You'll be surprised what a difference it makes...
